Gabriel Vidal fdb00a3e01 feat(frontend): guest project pill + extra project chips ...

Per review: the project select is a compact pill, and the guest's other
project chips stay — the picked one leaves the chip row, the rest ride
along as extra projects (sent after the pick). A chip turned on while
nothing is picked becomes the pick.
