- The "since when" range select leaves the page header (where it squeezed
the title into three lines on a phone) and sits left of the Personal /
Work / All switch in one DashboardFilters row — on Cost & footprint and
Environment, including their empty-range states so a range can be changed
out of them.
- Roll (the house CharRoll) renders a value with whitespace one CharRoll per
word inside a wrapping span: a CharRoll is an inline-flex strip that never
wraps, so panel questions and KPI captions ran off the right edge.
- The plot tooltip is clamped inside its data-plot host instead of being
centred on the pointer regardless of the edge.
- The four dashboard scroll containers are overflow-x-hidden as a safety net,
so nothing poking out can give the page a horizontal scroll again.
