Gabriel Vidal a11863ee12 feat(forms): one group at a time, pulsing dots, resume on the first unanswered question ...

- FormPager (modal + plan page): grouped fields page with an X/N strip,
Back/Next and Submit from anywhere; the catch-all pinned under every group.
- A pulsing dot marks every unanswered question (and groups holding one).
- The modal opens on the first unanswered question's group and
  smooth-scrolls/focuses it.
- One persisted draft per form id shared by the inline card and the modal.
