- Answer recap stacks as FAQ-style Q/A under sm (a 2-column label/value table
  doesn't fit a phone); the grid stays from sm up.
- Form modal fills the app viewport, fields scroll under a sticky
  Cancel/Submit bar, Cancel just closes it and a submit closes it too.
