- visibility popover: each toggle group is independently hold-to-rearrange
- dashboard + analytics stat tiles are hold-to-rearrange
- Files home jump cards are hold-to-rearrange
- dashboards/settings panels default-select the first (possibly reordered)
item on arrival instead of a hardcoded id
