The repo-root project entry — the one every conversation with no `projects/<slug>`
attribution lands in — is now called `homelab` instead of `lab`, which is what it
actually is and what the composer's auto-tag will match when you type it.
Its description doubles as the tag's scope: the spawn composer writes it verbatim
into the `Work in the following homelab location(s):` block, so it now spells out
the edit surface (infra: services/Traefik/compose; Claude config: .claude skills
and agents; root scripts and docs) and says to stay outside `projects/*` —
anything that changes a project belongs under that project's own tag.
Nothing to migrate: the attribution is purely derived (no conversation sidecar
records the slug) and no tag overrides referenced the old id.
