- Cost & footprint, Environnement and Activity get the account switch (sticky
scope; Personal by default). Client-side pages filter the full list by
meta.account, Activity sends ?account=; the plan-value ratio prices each
account against its own seat, and a work scope labels its spend 'est.'.
- Projects: a work badge and 'est.' cost on an account-owned card (kept out
of totals); the detail cost card says so too. Skills / Agents / Agent pages
follow the scope server-side; agent runs carry an account badge. A plan's
actual cost notes the part that ran on the work seat.
- Mock: every fifth claude conversation runs on the work seat in
orus-monorepo; /api/accounts served with fake healthy logins.
