Gabriel Vidal e62df7e6c3 feat(ai-agent): Home Assistant ai_agent integration for notify + asks

Custom component under integrations/home-assistant/: registers the
/api/webhook/ai_agent webhook, renders notify events with the per-type
channel map, and renders asks on a dedicated 'Claude · Ask' channel with
the '. .. .._' vibration pattern as persistent tappable notifications —
the tapped answer is POSTed back to /api/ask/{id}/answer and the
notification cleared. install.sh copies it into the HA config and wires
configuration.yaml.

ai-agent integrations

Out-of-container companions that connect the ai-agent notification hub to the outside world. The backend itself only knows about generic webhooks (Settings → Webhooks, GET/PUT /api/webhooks); each integration here is the receiving end of one of those webhooks.

home-assistant/ — a Home Assistant custom component (ai_agent) that renders the hub's notify / ask events as mobile notifications (asks get their own channel + ". .. .._" vibration and their tapped answer is POSTed back to the backend).
