Sending no longer flickers or resizes the spawn box: the optimistic card
drops animate-pulse and moves out of the drawer flow — a small width-fit
bubble absolutely pinned above the composer's right edge with a margin
(in-flow only inside the fixed-size floating panel). It shows the send
status (tap-to-unsend 3s countdown, then a spinner while starting/
syncing), the message, and the guideline + location tag chips that went
out with the send (captured from the RichInput payload into useSpawn).
