0.38.1: RichInput drops duplicate tag ids itself and stops re-sorting its tag
list on every render. 0.38.2: the guideline chip row renders in the order we
pass (the DAG's reading order) — toggling a guideline no longer moves it to
the front or tears a child away from its parent.
