AgentAvatar (technical/) walks the bottom edge of the app shell: wander/
pause state machine, activity mirroring (open conversation's latest tool
call → clip via bucketForTool), one-shot celebrations on lifecycle
stamps, click emote, prefers-reduced-motion freeze. Configured in a new
Settings → Avatar card (enable, Hemp Henry or a custom sprite-editor
strip URL + fps, size) and toggleable from the visibility popover.
Custom strips follow the sprite editor's export contract (square cells,
frames = width/height). Also refreshes @gabvdl/ui to ^0.22 (matches the
API the code already uses; fixes stale-install tsc noise).
