- Sending on another model now asks first: the prompt cache is per model, so
  the first turn re-reads the whole context uncached — the dialog names the
  context size and the estimated cost on the new model. Cancel puts the draft
  back.
- claude ⇄ pi gets a stronger (red) confirm: the two harnesses keep separate
  session stores, so the other one starts with none of the history.
- The thread draws a "switched a → b" divider above the message whose answer
  came from a different model.
- Subagent models are appended to a conversation's `models`, so the Details
  panel and cards tag every model a run used.
- ModalProvider mounted at the root (backs useConfirm).
