Gabriel Vidal 0e4f1d4b9f feat(forms): markdown display blocks + markdown in questions and answers ...

A new `markdown` field type renders a read-only markdown block in the form's
flow (optional label as heading); it is never answered, so validation,
recaps and plan answer lines skip it. The form description and help texts
render as block markdown, labels and radio/multiselect option labels as
inline markdown, and textarea answers as markdown when read back.
