Gabriel Vidal 466b59a6fb refactor(ai-agent): pull @gabvdl/ui from the private registry, not a vendored tarball ...

Replace the committed file:vendor/*.tgz dependency with a normal semver range
(`@gabvdl/ui: ^0.6.0`) resolved from the homelab registry. A scoped .npmrc points
@gabvdl → http://localhost:4873; the frontend Docker build stage now runs with
`network: host` so its `npm ci` can reach the host-bound verdaccio. Dropped the
vendor tarball and the Dockerfile COPY that staged it; lockfile relocked to pull
ui-0.6.1 from the registry.
