Gabriel Vidal 742d77bb75 feat(cron): pin a cron job to a worker; Settings → Cron gets one tab per runner ...

A job's new store field `worker` (null = the lab) is passed to _send_message as
an explicit runner pick, so firings never auto-route; offline ⇒ recorded error.
Settings → Cron: Homelab / per-worker tabs above the list, a Runs-on select per
job, new jobs created on the current tab's runner. Also catches the generated
notify types up with the backend (askStatus widened).
