Gabriel Vidal b0a811d168 fix(prompts): name project locations ~/projects/<slug>, not repo-relative projects/<slug> ...

Projects live outside the repo (~/projects on the host), so every spawn,
plan and goal-keeper prompt that said `projects/<slug>` pointed the agent at a
directory that does not exist under its cwd — ~40 past conversations ran
`cd projects/<slug>` and failed before finding the real path. tagPath(),
the composer fallback, Plan.tsx and backend repo_rel() now spell the host
path (PROJECTS_PROMPT_DIR, default ~/projects); services stay repo-relative.
